Avoid this Energy Vampire!

SGI Queens, I had a personal experience last Friday that really caught my attention.
There’s an energy that’s more draining than we realize.
🙃 And I’ve spent most of my life unaware of the flip-side to a belief system I’d bought into. Even though I was never a Scout, I absolutely embody their motto: "Be prepared."
Yet … while it is important to “be prepared” in mind and body, the flip-side of being prepared for just about, well, anything, has an interesting side effect.
Have you experienced this type "energy vampire" as well?
